This role offers the opportunity to build and customize high-performing eCommerce solutions for businesses using modern web technologies.

You will work across both front-end and back-end development, creating tailored WooCommerce experiences that meet specific client needs.

The position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration within a remote and flexible environment.

You will contribute to website performance, integrations, and user experience improvements across multiple projects.

Working closely with team members and stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable digital solutions from development through deployment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a full-stack developer who enjoys autonomy, technical challenges, and building impactful online experiences.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WooCommerce-based websites while delivering scalable solutions aligned with client requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and customize WordPress websites with a strong focus on WooCommerce functionality and integrations.
  • Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components using modern web development practices.
  • Customize websites to support specific business requirements and improve overall user experience.
  • Integrate WooCommerce solutions with external platforms and third-party systems.
  • Develop, configure, and optimize plugins and APIs within the WooCommerce ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Improve website performance through optimization of speed, reliability, and overall functionality.
  • Apply SEO and technical best practices to enhance website quality and visibility.
  • Collaborate with team members during project planning, development, testing, and delivery phases.
  • Provide regular progress updates and participate in meetings during US EST business hours.
  • Work independently to manage assigned projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Support continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled full-stack developer with strong WordPress and WooCommerce experience, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams. The required qualifications and skills include:

  • Extensive experience developing WordPress websites, particularly with WooCommerce-based solutions.
  • Strong full-stack development skills with proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid back-end development experience with PHP and MySQL.
  • Experience customizing WooCommerce features, themes, plugins, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and connecting eCommerce platforms with external systems.
  • Experience improving website performance, including speed optimization and SEO-related enhancements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within WordPress and WooCommerce environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility to align with US EST business hours.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Benefits:

  • Remote work opportunity from Poland.
  • Flexible working arrangement with the possibility of transitioning from part-time to full-time employment after the probation period.
  • Opportunity to work on diverse eCommerce projects with real business impact.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over technical solutions.
  • Collaboration with an international remote team.
  • Opportunity to strengthen expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, APIs, and full-stack development.
  • Flexible environment focused on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
