The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student - Data Analytics for John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
- Daily pull data and run reports for the production control team.
- Conduct inventory audits and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist Materials specialist with completion of scrap tags and other inventory adjustments.
- Learn and help manage CWIS orders
This position is not available to students on immigration visas
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Supply Chain related discipline, Engineering, others may apply
- Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
- Experience that demonstrates effective multi-tasking, prioritization skills, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university.
- Graduation date of Spring 2028 or later.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
- Available to work during the summer semester 30-40 hours/weekly.
- Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA on a daily basis year-round.

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
