Project Manager

Account Management - Work Dynamics

What this job involves:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex organizational initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Execute projects using established methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes and maintain financial accountability

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business units, and stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Develop and implement targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment

Risk & Issue Management

• Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to identify potential risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholder groups
• Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality
• Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies with recommended solutions

Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish project metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive decision-making and problem resolution
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and high performance

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
• Excellent understanding of project governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with budget management and resource planning

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience working within large corporate environments with matrixed organizational structures
• Background in change management or organizational transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with commercial real estate or professional services industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
