Ищем Middle+ Ruby on Rails разработчика для работы над всем набором наших продуктов.

Требования по позиции:

  • Формальное кол-во лет опыта неважно. Важно понимать экосистему и уметь/хотеть в хороший system design (без фанатизма).
  • Умение продумывать и реализовывать архитектуру.

Условия работы:

  • Удаленная работа (откуда угодно, кроме РФ и РБ).
  • Контракт в USD - требуется legal entity (например, ИП) в неподсанкционной стране, с которой можно заключить b2b-контракт.
  • Отсутствие daily встреч, общие созвоны раз в полгода.
  • Полная свобода в графике - команда по всему миру, общение в Slack.
  • 15 PTO + местные праздники.
  • Работа с Ruby on Rails 7-8, Ruby 3.4, монолиты.
  • Использование Erb, Stimulus на новых проектах, React на старых.
  • Intermediate уровень английского языка для коммуникации (техническая команда русскоговорящая).
  • Опыт работы с AI в разработке (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot и т.д.) приветствуется.
