Your Mission:
Monitor glass manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections using glass testing and inspection equipment to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor production performance and minimize quality deviations.
Identify non-conformities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and internal quality procedures.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and reduce product rejection rates.
Prepare quality inspection reports, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Experience: 3-7 years of proven success in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Education: A solid background in Engineering is essential to navigate the technical complexities of glass production.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Glass Manufacturing Processes and hands-on experience with Glass Testing & Inspection Equipment.
Systems Expertise: Proficiency in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Analytical Power: Exceptional Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills with a focus on Defect Identification and CAPA.
Communication & Reporting: Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and spoken) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive Quality Reporting.
Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a professional who can hit the ground running and mentor others.
