Manager- IT

JSK Group is looking for a Competent, Proactive, highly skilled and experienced Manager IT. Who will be responsible for the following task:

• Lead and manage the overall IT department and strategy.
• Ensure smooth operation of trading software, back-office systems, and network infrastructure.
• Maintain and secure servers, databases, and IT assets.
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (BSEC, DSE/CSE where applicable).
• Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, and hardware suppliers.
• Oversee system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Support trading floor, branch offices, and management with IT solutions.
• Develop IT policies, SOPs, and risk management controls.
• Lead and train IT team members.
• Any other task assign by the Management.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, CSE, or related field.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Group of Companies, Hospital, Manpower Recruitment, Multinational Companies, Restaurant, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Transport Service

• Age At least 21 years

• Strong knowledge of trading systems, OMS, back-office software, and networking.

• Experience in server management, database administration, and cybersecurity.

• Prior leadership or managerial experience will be highly preferred.
