Role Overview
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a knowledgeable Odoo software Trainer to teach clients how to use Odoo and related Odoo-based software. The successful candidate should understand the software features and business workflows and be able to explain them clearly through practical demonstrations and training sessions.
Software Knowledge Required
- Odoo Community Edition
- Odoo HR Modules
- OpenHRMS (Odoo-based community HR builds)
Scope of Engagement
The engagement is focused on teaching clients how to use the assigned software. Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.
Application Instructions
Applicants should identify the Odoo Software and modules they know, briefly describe their experience using them, and explain their ability to train other users.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience using Odoo Community Edition.
- Good knowledge of the specific Odoo modules the applicant will be teaching.
- Experience using Odoo HR Modules and OpenHRMS for assignments involving those software.
- Ability to demonstrate software features and explain business workflows clearly.
- Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
- Ability to prepare clear training materials and practical examples.
- Relevant experience in business operations, administration, accounting, HR, sales or another Odoo-supported function is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Train clients and their employees on how to use the assigned Odoo software.
- Demonstrate relevant features and explain how to complete routine tasks within the software.
- Teach users how Odoo supports business activities such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and HR, depending on the modules assigned.
- Guide HR users through employee management and other relevant HR workflows in Odoo HR and OpenHRMS.
- Prepare simple user guides, step-by-step instructions and practical exercises.
- Answer questions about the everyday use of the software.
- Adapt training sessions to the client's business needs and participants' experience levels.
- Confirm that participants understand the features demonstrated and can perform the relevant tasks.
