Digital & Internal Communications Specialist

Overview

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Digital & Internal Communications Specialist, based at our Headquarters in Athens, Greece. The role will contribute to the activities of the Corporate Communications Department. The primary scope of this role is to develop and deliver engaging communication initiatives and content for internal and external audiences, with a strong focus on digital channels, contributing to employee engagement and to building and protecting TITAN’s corporate reputation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of corporate communication projects targeting both internal and external audiences
• Support the strategic direction of internal communications, developing effective tools, channels, and engaging content
• Support media relations activities by monitoring and evaluating press coverage relevant to the company and preparing reports
• Collaborate with managers across the business to implement internal and external communication programs
• Create and adapt content for different platforms and occasions, including press releases, social media, corporate websites, intranet, newsletters, and articles
• Produce multimedia content and communication materials that support the corporate narrative, including videos, infographics, presentations, annual reports, and leaflets
• Take an active role in planning and coordinating physical and online events
• Contribute ideas and support CSR initiatives and partnerships with stakeholders at national and local level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations
• Strong digital skills, with hands-on experience across a range of social media platforms
• Demonstrated experience using digital and AI tools to create and manage communication materials across different formats
• Proven ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across different levels and functions
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
