Sales Representative

Overview

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative, based in Athens, Greece, with responsibility for the Aegean Islands and Central & Southern Greece. The role manages and develops a customer portfolio, driving profitability, market coverage, and sustainable growth in line with TITAN’s commercial policies and procedures. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and proactively promote TITAN’s products and brand
• Monitor sales performance across the assigned territory and customer portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales and service objectives
• Conduct regular customer visits and closely follow the development and performance of each account
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively identifying evolving needs and business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and commercial strategies
• Identify and develop new customers, leveraging market insights and relationships to expand the customer base
• Ensure the timely and complete collection of customer receivables, in accordance with the company’s credit policy
• Represent TITAN in interactions with local and public authorities, as well as community representatives, strengthening the company’s presence and reputation
• Operate in accordance with TITAN’s health, safety, and environmental policies and best practices
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory, approximately 50% of working time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous commercial experience in sales, business development, marketing, or channel management
• Sales experience in the construction or building materials industry such as cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, or paving would be considered an asset
• Native-level Greek and excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset, innovative thinking, and willingness to embrace and implement change
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Valid driving licence
• Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable
