For our growing AutoStore business, we are looking for a Junior Software Test and Integration Engineer based in Lisbon, Portugal (Office near Parque das Nações / Oriente).
We are hiring a Junior Software Test & Integration Engineer to support testing, integration, and 2nd-level support activities for our WES/WAF software. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a senior technical specialist within a highly customized warehouse execution environment.
You will work closely with senior engineers and project teams across EMEA and receive mentorship to develop into a full integration and support expert.
Your tasks
Testing
Execute test plans and support functional, performance, and regression testing.
Document defects and support resolution with Development.
Assist in maintaining test documentation and best practices.
Software Integration
Support integration of WES software with customer systems.
Assist in configuring interfaces and commissioning software onsite.
Help maintain system documentation and customer training materials.
2nd-Level Support
Participate in the 24/7 support rotation (after onboarding).
Troubleshoot incidents escalated from 1st-level support.
Document cases and ensure proper handover between shifts.
Required Qualifications
Technical degree in Software Engineering or related field.
1-3 years experience in software testing, integration, or support.
Basic SQL and debugging skills.
Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Appium, TestLink) is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
Motivation to learn and grow into a senior role.
Your profile
