End-to-End Technical Leadership

As a Senior System Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and single point of ownership for entire product lines. You will drive projects through every stage of the lifecycle-from initial customer engagements to development, field deployment, and support. We move at breakneck speed, balancing system trade-offs with high agility and a strong bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Drive multi-disciplinary system projects from customer requirements through development to field installation and support.
• Architecture & Rapid Execution: Develop detailed specifications and system architecture, making swift, smart engineering trade-offs to deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
• Active Engineering Collaboration: Work side-by-side with development teams throughout implementation-actively guiding execution to match architecture, rather than handing off specs and waiting until testing.
• Technical Leadership: Take charge of product lines, pushing initiatives through and aligning development, operations, and field teams.
• Deployment & Integration: Configure and integrate hardware and software components across complex, real-time battlefield intelligence platforms.
• System Reliability & Standards: Ensure platforms meet stringent security standards, high availability, and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in system engineering, with proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• 2+ years of full-time engineering role (in addition to the systems engineering experience).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical Core: Deep knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and communications systems.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, sensors, and energy-related systems.
• Cloud & Containers (Advantage): Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
• Unmanned Systems (Advantage): Familiarity with drone development or autonomous systems.
