About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with Business/Account Managers, Operational, Quality and Warehouse Personnel; providing a high level of service to our valuable customers by ensuring all customer requests/enquiries are actioned professionally and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with all external and internal parties.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our local and export customers.
- Be responsible for all aspects of account management, including order management, export shipment processes/administration, master data maintenance, credit/debit processing, and complaint handling.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.), book shipments, and arrange all export shipment processes.
- Ensure service issues do not arise by clarifying customer requests and managing expectations.
- Determine the cause of any issues, seek solutions, and escalate appropriately.
- Follow through on the entire ordering cycle, from order entry to delivery, liaising with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams at the appropriate stages.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Customer Care (Order management, Export & Shipping Coordination); FMCG/export background preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP/SFDC is an advantage.
