In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing throughout the order lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Finance, Licensing, IT, and other internal teams.

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, including reviewing and validating purchase orders against quotes, configurations, and contracts, booking orders in Salesforce, and processing corrections, amendments, and adjustments in the relevant business systems.
  • Ensure order, customer, and configuration data quality across Salesforce and other systems, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready information.
  • Support software licensing and delivery, including license generation and validation, monitoring delivery status, troubleshooting basic licensing issues, and coordinating with Sales, Licensing, and IT to resolve more complex cases.
  • Ensure orders are ready for invoicing by validating commercial and billing information and supporting invoice corrections and credit notes. Identify and coordinate credit, KYC, tax, and compliance requirements to ensure orders are processed in line with company policies.
  • Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues, provide clear status updates, explain process requirements or limitations, and identify appropriate solutions. Support accurate forecasting and highlight risks or delays that may impact revenue recognition or quarter-end activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency by analyzing recurring issues, monitoring data and reporting, and proactively identifying risks or anomalies. Contribute to SOPs, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Provide Salesforce and administrative support to Sales, including account, opportunity, order, and data maintenance, while maintaining a strong internal customer focus and ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders.
