Responsibilities
Keysight Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Campus Program Manager to lead our university recruiting and early-career programs in Malaysia. This role will build strategic university partnerships, strengthen our intern and graduate talent pipelines, and deliver campus programs aligned with Keysight's workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Keysight's Malaysia campus recruiting strategy aligned with business and workforce plans.
- Build strategic partnerships with Tier 1 universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, government and other educational partners.
- Manage end-to-end internship and graduate hiring programs, including candidate attraction, recruiting, selection, onboarding and intern conversion.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders to forecast early-career hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Plan and execute campus career fairs, recruiting events, student engagement programs and employer-branding activities.
- Strengthen Keysight's position as a graduate employer of choice in Malaysia.
- Manage program calendars, milestones and activities across multiple universities and hiring cycles.
- Track and report key outcomes including hiring activity, intern/graduate intake, conversion and program effectiveness.
- Continuously improve campus programs based on business needs, recruiting data and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure programs comply with Malaysian employment requirements and Keysight policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in university recruiting, Talent Acquisition, early-career programs, HR or related program management.
- Strong project management, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with universities and recruiting early-career talent, preferably in Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Experience recruiting engineering or other STEM talent strongly preferred.
- Experience with recruiting/ATS systems preferred.
