Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Identify and approach potential clients requiring international shipping and freight forwarding services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Prepare and present commercial offers and quotations to clients.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts while maintaining company profitability.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer information.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in International Shipping / Freight Forwarding
Strong B2B sales & business development experience
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Excellent customer relationship management
