Plan and optimize storage space layouts and inventory levels to meet operational requirements efficiently.
Develop logistics & contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations during current operations, disruptions or emergencies.
Tracks and documents the movement of materials and assets, producing reports to support operational transparency and decision-making.
Ensures seamless integration between shipping, warehousing, and supply functions to fulfill orders and deliver materials on time.
Plans and coordinates logistical support for ongoing projects and museum activities to ensure smooth execution.
Manages packing, crating, and warehousing tasks in preparation for site-specific programs and shipments.
Assesses and monitors the logistics and supply chain operations of contracted service providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Assists in managing the logistics budget and preparing reports to support financial oversight and resource planning.
Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
