Kharon is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to sit at the center of our field marketing program and drive the marquee initiatives that put us in front of compliance, risk, and government leaders. In this high-visibility role, you will champion our signature events, including the Kharon Global Summit, our industry-leading webinar series, and a dynamic portfolio of field events. This role offers a unique opportunity to approach every conference, roundtable, and webinar as a fully integrated campaign-defining the target audience, driving pre-program demand generation, managing live execution, and following through with structured post-program nurtures-rather than treating them as standalone logistics. The ideal candidate will work closely with Kharon’s Sales Team to connect a highly effective, mature field engine directly to pipeline growth.
