Lead Product Manager (m/f/d) - Fleet Management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy and Development:
  • Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features 

    and enhancements

  • Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs
• Business Development:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with OEM robot manufacturers
  • Develop and execute business expansion plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals
• Product Roadmap:
  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and 

    enhancements based on market demand and business goals

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the 

    industry

• Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Customer Focus:
  • Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product
  • Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development
• Demonstrated success in business development, including partnership building and revenue generation
• Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and fleet management solutions
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication in both German and English
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
