Global Risk Analyst

Your Job

As a Global Risk Analyst, you will apply financial analysis and risk assessment to evaluate customer creditworthiness, quantify risk exposure, and support business decisions that create long-term value. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, providing insights and recommendations that help balance growth opportunities with prudent risk management. Working closely with commercial teams, you will monitor risk trends, communicate key findings, and identify opportunities to improve processes and decision quality.

The Global Risk Optimization team partners with businesses around the world to identify financial risks, challenge assumptions, and improve decision quality. What You Will Do

• In alignment with Molex’s risk philosophy, completing financialanalyses and reviewsfor the purpose of understanding counterparty risk, determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
• Active portfolio ownershipof assigned customer baseto monitor andmaintain credit risk exposures
• Collaborating and developing partnerships with commercial teams by providing actionable input and recommendations for business risk decisions
• Providing commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions
• Continuously seeking opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization
• Advance our Principle-Based Management® culture by applying and reinforcing the company’s Core Values and Principles

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Business or related field
• Strong experience with Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation) Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts
• Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to define problems, multi-task, meet deadlines, and be a collaborative team player

What Will Put You Ahead

• One or more years of relevant experience (i.e. financial statement analysis, risk analysis, economic modelling and research, portfolio management, credit, treasury)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization software/tools
• Proficient with SAP
• Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience
• Language skills in addition to English

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $80,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
