Customer Support Assistant

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and commercial support across customer accounts, project administration, and sales operations. You will ensure the smooth delivery of ongoing projects by managing customer setups, documentation, costings, global shipments, and daily inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Project Administration: Set up new customers and projects in the ERP system. Prepare and maintain shop floor files, commercial records, and project tracking spreadsheets.
• Financial & Commercial Operations: Assist with engine/accessory costings, issue project and sales invoices, and other administrative duties
• Logistics & Customs: Coordinate shipments for MRO projects, sales, and exchanges. Liaise with freight forwarders and local authorities for non-EU customs clearance.
• Export Control & Compliance: Manage export control due diligence, process export license applications, and maintain quarterly inward/outward processing and export license files.
• Customer Service: Respond to daily customer and stakeholder inquiries and provide comprehensive support to the Customer Support Manager.

Recruitment:

• Minimum ‘A’ Level standard of education or relevant Diploma.
• Previous experience in administration, sales support, or a similar commercial role is a must.
• Proactive, reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Already residing in Malta.
