Business Development Manager, Coverage as a Service

Kordia is investing in the growth of Coverage as a Service (CaaS), and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help turn that strategy into commercial growth.

Initially focused on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Private 5G, you’ll build the market, create a strong pipeline and convert enterprise and industrial opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This is a genuine new-business role where you’ll take opportunities from first conversation through solution development, commercial negotiation and close.

You’ll combine strong commercial capability with enough technical understanding to engage credibly on complex connectivity challenges. Working alongside our product, commercial, engineering and delivery specialists, you’ll help customers understand what’s possible and shape solutions that deliver measurable operational and commercial value.

• Identify, qualify and develop new enterprise, industrial and commercial opportunities for DAS and Private 5G solutions
• Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract close
• Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers on the commercial and operational value of CaaS
• Work with technical, product and commercial specialists to develop customer-led solutions, pricing and proposals
• Lead tenders, RFP responses and direct customer pitches for DAS and Private 5G opportunities
• Build strategic relationships with technology vendors, equipment manufacturers and industry partners
• Develop joint go-to-market and co-selling opportunities with key ecosystem partners
• Bring customer and market insight back into Kordia to help shape our CaaS proposition and roadmap

Nā tōu rourou - What you will bring

• At least five years’ B2B sales and business development experience within telecommunications, ICT or managed network services
• Strong working knowledge of DAS, Private 5G/LTE, in-building wireless coverage and cellular architectures
• Proven experience opening new markets, building pipeline and closing complex technology or managed service deals
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with service contracts, recurring revenue models and detailed commercial proposals
• The ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and influence senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience working effectively across technical design, product, commercial and delivery teams
