(Assistant) Manager, Channel Sales Operations

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key channel partners, ensuring effective collaboration, incentive programme and onboarding performance;
• Implement partner onboarding, training and enablement programmes to ensure partners maintain product expertise and sales competencies;
• Monitor partner performance metrics, incentive structures and business development plans, aligning them with overall company objectives;
• Maintain the partner portal, managing partner information, sales tools, training materials and marketing assets to facilitate seamless partner engagement and access to resources;
• Assist in building and analyzing partner performance dashboards, reports and business development proposals based on data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities;
• Implement and maintain automated lead management systems to streamline the tracking and distribution of sales opportunities, helping to prevent channel conflicts and optimize lead conversion rates;
• Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives to gather data, analyze insights and contribute to operational excellence in channel sales operations;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to coordinate and execute sales campaigns, promotions and incentive programmes to drive partner productivity and achieve revenue targets;
• Stay informed of industry trends, best practices and regulatory developments in the payment sector and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements; and
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in operating procedures, streamlining and standardization to drive operational excellence in channel sales operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or other related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of working experience in project management, data analysis, sales operations related field;
• Experience in the payment industry is beneficial;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports;
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
