We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Executive to accelerate how we grow-identifying opportunities, testing ideas quickly, and converting insights into scalable growth initiatives that move the business forward. You’ll work across the full merchant lifecycle - from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention - partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end merchant onboarding process to ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs.
- Ensure all account data is accurately captured, updated and maintained within the CRM system.
- Conduct data validation, cleansing and analysis to support the development and rollout of sales incentive initiatives.
- Track, analyze and report on sales performance and effectiveness of incentive programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with sales leadership team to communicate incentive plans, updates and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies or process leaks.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics-focused roles, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS environments.
- A hands-on problem solver who thrives in environments where processes are still being defined.
- Strong analytical mind and numerical skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel. SQL is a plus.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated and results oriented.
