Senior Product Designer

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to own and continue evolving our design function as the sole product designer. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience across al our products, ensuring that design is at the forefront of our product development process. You will be instrumental in defining our design vision, process and culture.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and clients to deeply understand user needs and translate them into clear, thoughtful, and effective product experiences. This role requires a balance of hands-on design work, strategic thinking, and strong leadership and communication skills.

As a Senior Product Designer, you excel at the following core competencies

• Design Leadership - Ability to define and champion strategic design vision across products, driving consistency, usability, and innovation.
• User-Centered Approach - Deep expertise in conducting user research, developing personas, and applying insights to inform thoughtful design decisions.
• Visual and Interaction Design Excellence - Skilled in creating polished, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• AI Augmented Design & Delivery - Ability to leverage AI assisted design and development tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate exploration, prototyping, documentation, and handoff.
• Spec- Driven & Systems Thinking - Strong understanding of spec-driven development (SDD), translating product intent and user needs into clear, structured specifications that scale across teams.
• Prototyping, Testing & UX Writing - Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and refine designs, incorporating clear UX writing to improve usability and product clarity.
• Autonomy and Initiative - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while building upon and evolving existing design practices.
