Solutions Consultant

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who loves solving real business problems with technology. In this role you’ll be the bridge between what retailers need and what our unified commerce platform can do-guiding prospects, clients, and partners from first conversation through successful adoption.

You’ll lead tailored product demonstrations, translate business requirements into practical solutions, and help clients get the most out of the platform after they sign. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and Customer Success, and you’ll need a balance of deep product knowledge, retail savvy, and the communication skills to make complex things clear to both technical and non-technical audiences.
