What you’ll do
Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring the achievement of weekly sales targets.
Negotiation and deal closing: Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with our local partners, ensuring mutual growth and economic sustainability of the partnership.
Business analysis: Track sales trends, provide in-depth data analysis on products and business users, and identify opportunities for demand growth.
Client relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding client needs, responding promptly to queries, and offering effective solutions.
Sales operations: Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Policies accurately and in a timely manner.
Brand ambassador: Promote our services and values by becoming the face of Lalamove when engaging with local partners.
What we seek
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to accurately engage potential users (Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong sales skills to effectively promote and secure clients for our services. Stay knowledgeable about our products and discuss available options
Can-do attitude and grit to seize new opportunities and make things happen
Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel or G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not mandatory
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales or business development experience
