Ledcor Group of Companies is a diversified North American construction and services company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, working in building, civil infrastructure, energy, electricity, mining, communications networks, properties and transportation. Founded in 1947, the privately held group operates across Canada and the United States, maintains highways, runs mining and heavy civil projects, and owns businesses such as the Yellowknife-based airline Summit Air and the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre. It hires highway maintenance operators, mining and heavy civil project managers, superintendents, maintenance planners, HS&E advisors, pilots and IT specialists.
Ledcor is hiring a Procurement Solutions Specialist to serve as our internal Coupa subject matter expert across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, Procurement Systems & Process, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and sustaining the Coupa platform-bridging Procurement, Finance, IS, and the business to ensure a scalable, compliant, and user-centric solution.

You will require deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, hands-on Coupa configuration and integration experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into well-governed system solutions. If you are the person your team turns to when something breaks-and when something needs to be built better-this role is for you.

Come and join the True Blue team and apply today!

  • Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business requirements
  • Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and rollouts including configuration, SIT/UAT, issue resolution, and go-live and hypercare support
  • Stay current on Coupa developments, influence Coupa's roadmap through engagement with their teams, and lead quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and feature enablement
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing, buying, invoicing, and supplier management processes
  • Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and support work instructions to enable long-term platform sustainability
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a Systems & Process Analyst (P3)
