Your Impact:

• Own the rapid diagnosis and resolution of production issues across our Gaming products, helping deliver a reliable experience for millions of customers.
• Investigate, prioritise and resolve complex bugs, reducing customer impact while improving platform stability and performance.
• Build and improve triage processes that enable the team to respond to incidents quickly, consistently and effectively.
• Work across multiple engineering teams to identify root causes, implement permanent fixes and prevent recurring issues.
• Lead by example through hands-on engineering, sharing knowledge and mentoring teammates to continually improve the team's technical capability.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience developing and supporting large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
• Strong PHP development experience alongside modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues, debugging complex systems and working across multiple services.
• A structured approach to incident management, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance speed with quality, making sound technical decisions in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Experience working with legacy systems and navigating technical complexity while maintaining platform stability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across engineering teams to solve challenging problems.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in an operational engineering, platform support or fast-response engineering team.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability and incident management tooling.
• Experience with AWS or cloud-native infrastructure.

Salary from EUR 4000 per month

• 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30-45 mins via Zoom)
• 2nd: Technical take home task
• 3rd: Technical Interview with Hiring Manager and Senior Engineering
• 4th: Leadership Interview with the team including our CTO (45 mins in our Bratislava office)
