Your Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for Lexroom 's Italian and German-speaking customers, managing support requests across chat, email, calls, and proactively engaging with them to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize and resolve tickets, run regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and escalate complex cases to the right internal team.
Act as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to product and other teams to improve processes, reduce churn, and shape the roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
You are fluent in Italian and fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Bulgarian - native speaker preferred, C1/C2 welcome.
You have fluent English: you're comfortable reading documentation and understanding spoken English.
You have 0-2 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
You are familiar with sales or customer support tools (Intercom, Notion, etc.), and you pick up new tools quickly.
You have a proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.
You're based in Milan or open to relocating (relocation support evaluated case by case).
Bonus: You have a law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
