Takenpakket:
In de functie van Field Support Engineer zorg je dat de lokale IT-omgevingen van klanten vlekkeloos presteren.
- Oplossen van complexe escalaties rondom Windows Server, netwerkapparatuur en virtuele werkplekken, zowel op locatie bij de klant als remote.
- Beheren en configureren van Microsoft 365-omgevingen, inclusief identity management via Active Directory en Entra ID.
- Installeren, configureren en troubleshooten van switches, firewalls, routers en VLAN-structuren.
- Begeleiden van hardware- en softwaremigraties bij klanten en proactief adviseren over structurele verbeteringen.
- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op serverparken en het nauwkeurig bijwerken van de technische documentatie.
Profiel:
Voor deze vacature van Field Support Engineer zoeken we een zelfstandige troubleshooter die graag op de baan is.
- Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een tweedelijns support- of infrastructuurrol.
- Diepgaande kennis van networking (firewalls, routing, VPN) en cloudbeheer binnen Microsoft 365.
- Een geldig rijbewijs B en de flexibiliteit om zelfstandig klanten in de regio te bezoeken.
- Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede basis in het Engels, waardoor je complexe IT-zaken helder uitlegt aan eindgebruikers.
