Key responsibilities

Follow up on tasks and dependencies; escalate delays to the Project Manager.
Record client requirements, meeting decisions and approvals.
Support proposals, quotations and payment follow-up under supervision.
Coordinate with designers and developers and prepare progress and handover reports.
Requirements
- Essential requirements
- Strong organization, accurate note-taking and dependable follow-through.
- Clear professional communication in Arabic and working English.
- Basic understanding of how websites or applications are delivered.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and shared task-management tools.
- Preferred qualifications
- Relevant study, internships or coordination experience; early-career applicants are welcome.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows or project boards.
