Rejoignez un cabinet de conseil international spécialisé dans la stratégie et la transformation des opérations. En tant que Data & AI Application Specialist, vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle de la plateforme d'IA Agentique et du support applicatif pour les solutions ML et Web déployées chez les clients. Vous devez avoir 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle technique et une appétence pour l'IA générative. Le poste est basé à Saint-Ouen avec la possibilité de télétravail.

Missions

  • Assurer la gestion et l'administration de la plateforme d'IA Agentique, y compris la curation des bibliothèques d'agents IA et la gestion des connaissances.
  • Suivre opérationnellement les solutions de Machine Learning et Web déployées chez les clients, en assurant le respect des SLA et la résolution des bugs.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les utilisateurs avancés, en fournissant un support de niveau 2 et en interagissant avec l'équipe informatique.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle technique (Data Support, Data Engineer, MLOps, Software Engineer orienté Data ou Support Applicatif N2/N3).
  • Stack & Tech :
  • Appétence GenAI : Intérêt prononcé pour l'IA Générative, le prompt engineering et les architectures d'agents (outils type Dust, Copilot Studio, n8n...).
  • Soft Skills : Rigueur, réactivité, aisance relationnelle, autonomie et anglais professionnel.
