What You Will Do

• Drive Integration: Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirements Management: Anticipate, elicit, analyze, understand, validate, coordinate, document, and manage business and functional requirements across product releases or projects.
• Process Analysis: Document, analyze, and interpret business policies and processes, and perform gap analysis.
• Project Support: Provide support to project management for the implementation of customer solutions and clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Customer Collaboration: Present information effectively to customers, build strong relationships, and respond in a timely, accurate manner.
• Data Management: Manage data effectively via Requirements Management Tool(s).
• Ensure Delivery: Manage your workload to ensure all tasks, simultaneous projects, and demanding deadlines are completed accurately and on time.
• Methodology Application: Apply your knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and other associated methodologies.
• Assume additional related responsibilities as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: BS or BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven Business Analyst experience.
• Tech Stack:
  • Must be familiar with Requirements Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Miro).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe XD.
• Agile Expertise: Demonstrates a high level of knowledge regarding the Agile process approach.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present creative solutions.
  • Highly organized with a willingness to learn complex systems.
