About the Project

Zakres obowiązków

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to define project scope
Create process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams
Support testing and implementation of IT solutions
Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities

Wymagania

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and stakeholder management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
Good command of English

Nice to Have

Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
Familiarity with cloud-based IT solutions
Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
