Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zaawansowane administrowanie, konfigurowanie i utrzymywanie instancji Jira (Cloud/Data Center).

  • Tworzenie i optymalizacja skryptów (np. w Groovy/ScriptRunner) w celu automatyzacji złożonych procesów i workflow.

  • Projektowanie i implementacja niestandardowych schematów, typów zadań, pól i uprawnień, zgodnie z zaawansowanymi potrzebami biznesowymi.

  • Zarządzanie integracjami Jiry z innymi narzędziami (np. Confluence, Bitbucket, systemy CI/CD).

  • Rozwiązywanie skomplikowanych problemów technicznych i wydajnościowych.

  • Pełnienie roli eksperta i mentora dla zespołu w zakresie najlepszych praktyk i możliwości platformy Atlassian.

  • Monitorowanie stanu aplikacji, przeprowadzanie aktualizacji i zarządzanie licencjami.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 3-5 lat doświadczenia w administrowaniu środowiskiem Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).

  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w tworzeniu skryptów i automatyzacji w Jirze (np. przy użyciu ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).

  • Głęboka znajomość architektury Jiry, w tym schematów (workflow, uprawnień, notyfikacji), uprawnień i konfiguracji projektów.

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z dodatkami (pluginami) i integracjami.

  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i samodzielnego rozwiązywania złożonych problemów.

  • Dobre zdolności komunikacyjne i umiejętność współpracy z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi.
