Project description
Join a global platform engineering team responsible for building, scaling, and supporting an enterprise Kubernetes environment used by internal teams worldwide. The role focuses on maintaining platform reliability, performance, and scalability while improving automation and operational resilience.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (3+ years)
- Good understanding of containerization, orchestration, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Experience with Unix/Linux administration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Business-level English
- Experience with Service Mesh technologies is a plus
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends
Tasks
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes environments
- Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and integration failures
- Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements
- Monitor platform health and analyse logs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform resilience and operational efficiency
- Provide on-call support for production environments as part of a 24/7 support model
