LogicMonitor's Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, will lead all Go-to-Market recruiting efforts for the Americas. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage a team of GTM recruiters while partnering closely with executive leaders to help set and develop recruiting strategies that meet business goals. You will use your strong communication skills, along with data, to drive narratives and influence hiring strategies. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships across LogicMonitor's global organization, working closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and peers to shape LogicMonitor's future by identifying and hiring world-class GTM talent.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Manage and inspire a top-notch talent acquisition team to deliver results across the GTM organization. The team is responsible for finding, assessing, and closing candidates across all levels of the GTM organization.
• Partner with GTM hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with the ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
• Use reports and dashboards to track and communicate recruiting metrics to the business.
• Provide backup support to the recruiting team and hiring managers as needed, and at times lead senior-level GTM searches.
• Partner closely with your peers and cross-functional partners to solve problems and design and quickly implement solutions.
• Bring AI use to the forefront of each day to gain efficiency where applicable.

What You'll Need:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years managing a team, within the tech industry
• Go-to-Market Recruiting experience required, including partnerships with Sales Executives to build out sales organizations.
• A coaching mindset around how to run a high-quality, full-cycle recruiting process and the ability to lead a team in doing so.
• Strong understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs, with the ability to tell a story through data.
• Expertise in recruiting best practices and the ability to coach stakeholders on those best practices.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly prioritize tasks; high sense of urgency
• A servant-leader approach to leadership, with strong abilities to coach and mentor.
• Bachelor's degree required

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$151,200—$189,000 USD
