A Day in the Life
As a Senior E-Key Account Manager, you lead the commercial strategy and operations for TikTok Shop. You steer full-funnel social commerce growth, turning live shopping, creator partnerships, and algorithmic trends into sustainable revenue.
- Build and execute the annual Joint Business Plan with TikTok, establishing ambitious commercial targets and operational roadmaps.
- Accelerate live streaming and social commerce sales, steering daily shop operations, campaign mechanics, and product assortment.
- Partner with brand marketing and advocacy teams to coordinate creator activations and media spend, converting engagement into revenue.
- Direct end-to-end operational execution with supply chain and customer care, maintaining product availability and high service metrics during peak shopping events.
We Are Looking For
You combine commercial acumen with deep expertise in fast-moving social platforms and thrive on entrepreneurial ownership. You bring:
- Social Commerce Activation: Proven track record developing and executing sales strategies across social commerce platforms and live shopping formats.
- Account Management: Expertise in managing high-growth digital accounts, building collaborative commercial partnerships, and steering joint business roadmaps.
- Negotiation: Strong capability to secure commercial terms, manage joint promotional investments, and align mutual growth targets.
- Digital Shelf Management: In-depth capability in catalogue optimisation, algorithmic discovery, inventory forecasting, and conversion on marketplace ecosystems.
- Digital, E-Com & Media Performance Management: Sharp ability to translate real-time sales metrics, traffic patterns, and ROAS into commercial decisions.
