Mission

Au sein de l'équipe SIOP, vous pilotez la demande client sur un panel de clients afin de permettre l'établissement du planning de production :

  • Analyser, suivre quotidiennement et valider la demande client intégrée dans l'ERP, en vérifiant sa cohérence avec les cadences avions

  • Anticiper les difficultés (besoins sur/sous-évalués), animer les réunions mensuelles clients et négocier les recalages compatibles avec le plan de production

  • Présenter les éléments en revue SIOP mensuelle et suivre les indicateurs de performance livraison (OTD, retards, reporting)

  • Développer et faire évoluer les outils et processus (projets d'amélioration, documentation, audits)

  • Assurer le backup sur la gestion du PDP et les analyses de capacité

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en planification / gestion de la demande en contexte industriel, idéalement aéronautique

  • Maîtrise des processus SIOP / PDP et des analyses de capacité

  • Outils : ERP, Excel, Visual Basic, Business Object, Power BI

  • Sens de la négociation client, force de proposition, rigueur et autonomie

  • Anglais courant (langue de travail requise)
