Job Description
Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Aura Components Lightning Web Components LWC and Visual Force Implement robust Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and Event-driven architectures Develop reusable and responsive Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices and Lightning Design System SLDS Customize Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements ensuring performance and scalability Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise standards Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends to continuously improve existing solutions Ensure adherence to Salesforce security model including Profiles Permission Sets Role Hierarchy Sharing Rules and Field Level Security Perform code reviews and enforce development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications and integrations
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architectural solutions
Mentor and guide junior developers on Apex development Aura LWC Visual Force and integration best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Apex implementations and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and Cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards
Drive continuous improvements in Salesforce architecture focusing on scalability performance and security
Participate in technical design reviews code quality assessments and Agile development ceremonies
Ensure high-quality code through unit testing deployment best practices and adherence to Salesforce governor limits
