Ensure the operability and availability of production solutions as L2 Support. You will monitor and manage batch processing, investigate production incidents, and act as a technical integrator ensuring compliance with DevOps standards. Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude.

O que vais fazer

  • Ensure the operability and availability of production solutions as L2 Support
  • Monitor and manage batch processing and production activities using Control-M
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, including application, batch and file transfer issues
  • Perform operational activities such as deployments, restarts, disaster recovery and resource management
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools
  • Provide technical support to application and technical teams and coordinate escalations when required
  • Participate in releases, changes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimise processing chains and improve operational performance
  • Maintain operational procedures and technical documentation
  • Produce operational and performance reports and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Act as a technical integrator, ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices and standards
  • Hybrid work model

O que é pedido

  • Senior-level experience in Application Support / Production Support
  • Strong knowledge of Open environments - Windows & Linux
  • Experience with Control-M for batch scheduling, monitoring and incident management
  • Knowledge of Tomcat / Apache and application deployment
  • Experience with CFT / Connect Express for file transfers
  • Knowledge of Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD
  • Experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools
  • Good knowledge of ITIL V4 and Agile methodologies
  • English - B1 minimum
  • Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, rigorous and service-oriented mindset
