Design and support the Private Cloud infrastructure hosting WebSphere environments. Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server platforms and related middleware components. Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients.

Design and support the Private Cloud infrastructure hosting WebSphere environments
Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server platforms and related middleware components
Ensure availability, performance and stability of WebSphere and underlying infrastructure
Support virtualization, compute, storage and backup platforms
Lead lifecycle, obsolescence and modernization initiatives
Perform capacity, performance and infrastructure health assessments
Troubleshoot complex WebSphere, OS and infrastructure issues
Identify and reduce operational and infrastructure risks
Drive continuous improvement and platform reliability

Senior Engineer with strong IBM WebSphere / Middleware experience
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
Experience with SAN, storage, datastores and file systems
Good knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication
Strong troubleshooting skills across WebSphere, servers, OS and infrastructure
Proactive mindset towards modernization, automation and operational reliability
