LV Collective is a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, that designs, builds, markets, leases and manages student housing and multifamily communities, many under the Rambler brand near university campuses. Operating as Lincoln Ventures LLC and led by founder and CEO David Kanne, it reports a $6 billion development pipeline and more than 16,000 beds, and its LV Hospitality arm runs Austin venues such as Victory Lap, Tiger Lilly and Amaya. It hires regional and community managers, leasing and marketing associates, maintenance technicians, housekeepers, chefs, development managers, analysts and many student interns.

Are you a natural communicator who loves helping others learn, grow, and succeed? Do you have a talent for breaking down big ideas into simple, actionable steps? Are you equal parts team player, problem solver, and creative thinker?

LV Collective is looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to help create and deliver engaging learning experiences for our corporate and on-site teams.

In this role, you’ll help shape the tools, resources, training programs, and onboarding experiences that equip LV team members to succeed. You’ll turn processes, systems, and subject-matter expertise into clear, useful, and engaging learning materials-from videos and step-by-step guides to live workshops and role-specific onboarding plans.

You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to understand learning needs, organize knowledge, support training rollouts, improve process documentation, and make information easy to understand and apply. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves training, systems, design, collaboration, and bringing ideas to life.

The right person is friendly, organized, curious, comfortable speaking in front of a group, and excited to learn. You take initiative, welcome feedback, follow through, and enjoy turning ideas into practical resources that help teams succeed.
