Requirements
- Experience: Must have 3-7 years of proven experience in site supervision within the Construction, Engineering, or Architecture sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Construction methodologies, Engineering principles, and Architecture design implementation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and managing diverse crews on-site.
- Skills: Proficiency in Site Supervision, Quality Control, and Construction Scheduling. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Health & Safety (HSE) standards is essential.
- Career Level: This is an Experienced level role requiring a professional who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of site operations.
