Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Operations, Financial Technology or a similar data-focused role, ideally within financial services
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and data requirements, analysing complex problems and supporting solutions through the full delivery lifecycle
Knowledge of data management practices, including data sourcing, transformation, governance, quality, reporting and data provisioning
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams and explain complex concepts clearly to a range of audiences
Strong SQL skills and experience investigating data quality issues, analysing datasets and reconciling information from multiple sources. Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Copilot or data governance platforms is valuable.
