# Junior System Engineer (m/w/d) / Junior IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

  • *Dein Job bei uns:**  
  • First- und Second-Level-Support bei Kundenanfragen und technischen Störungen 
  • Einrichtung und Administration von PCs, Laptops, Servern und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen 
  • Benutzer-, Gruppen-, Lizenz- und Berechtigungsverwaltung 
  • Mitbetreuung der Netzwerk-, Firewall-, WLAN- und Serverinfrastruktur 
  • Monitoring, Patchmanagement sowie Kontrolle von Backups und Sicherheitsmeldungen 
  • Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Kunden-Onboardings, Migrationen und IT-Projekten 
  • Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Kundendokumentationen 
  • *Dein Profil:** 
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • (Erste) Praxiserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Systemen und im IT-Support 
  • (Erste) Praxiserfahrung in Microsoft Windows (Server und Client), MacOSx und Linux
  • (Erste) Praxiserfahrung in Microsoft M365 (Sharepoint, Exchange, PowerAutomate)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (z.B. VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk (Firewall/VPN/Switche)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B
