- Provide L1/L2 support for the Manifest it platform during night hours (India time).
- Monitor alerts, logs, and incidents; perform initial triage and escalate as required.
- Execute standard operating procedures, health checks, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base updates.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolution of critical issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or operations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes basics preferred.
- Good understanding of logs, monitoring tools, and incident workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from India.
