Sales & Marketing Staff (Ilo-ilo)

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining customer accounts while driving sales growth for the company's aquaculture products. Also, you will focus will be identifying new market opportunities, building strong commercial relationships, and supporting revenue growth across key target sectors.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Visit potential customers and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell the company's products to appropriate customers
• Negotiate and support commercial arrangements within company guidelines

Customer Management

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information
• Maintain regular communication with customers
• Support customer enquiries and resolve sales-related issues
• Develop long-term relationships with customers

Market Development

• Identify potential markets, customers, and sales channels
• Monitor market activity and customer demand
• Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities and customer requirements

Sales Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager
• Work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs

General

• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and business partners
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field, or relevant sales experience
• 5 years previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role
• Experience selling live products, fish, seafood, agricultural products, aquaculture
• products, or other temperature-sensitive products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel and proficient in basic reporting (mobile apps/SFA, Excel and company CRM/Sales system)
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Advantageous Skills/Experience:

• Experience working with restaurants, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, or similar customers
• Understanding of cold-chain or product handling requirements
• Existing customer or industry networks
• CRM experience
