Key Account Executive (Onsite)

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's pet food brand presence in the retail market by managing relationships with key modern trade chains, negotiating with buyers, and driving sales growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing plans to increase brand visibility, secure optimal shelf space, and strengthen partnerships with major retailers while working closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and promotions. The primary objective is to build long-term relationships with retail partners to grow sales and market share in line with the company's strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales statistic, promotion and trade performance for efficient control of trade promotion budget
• Negotiate and control trading term and other commercial agreement with each key account
• Commit to achieve agreed sales budget under responsibility
• Prepare customer plan and promotion grid with investment budget and evaluation process
• Prepare quarterly business review with key accounts
• Conduct promotion campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and resolve business issues
• Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business
• Maintain good relationship with buyer and support cross functions of each key account
• Regular market visit for instore compliance and promotion execution
• Planogram and assortment implementation
• Review marketing and sales reports such as Campaign Evaluation Report, Market Report and Daily Sales Report

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years working experience in Key account in Modern Trade
• Category Experience: Knowledge and experience of FMCG (Petfood is preferable) in Modern Trade key account
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
• Reporting: Able to prepare and submit reports in English in a timely manner
