Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field
At least 5 years of related work experience with a strong background in influencer marketing and creator relationships. Basic knowledge and familiarity with Creator Marketplace business model is a plus
Strong grasp of numbers and advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent command of English
Organized, detail-oriented, and has proven project management skills
Can work swiftly and accurately with minimal supervision
Capable of big-picture thinking while being attentive to details
